You will always receive the best price for your accommodation when you book direct.
We appreciate that guest’s plans can change unexpectedly and that amendments to bookings are part and parcel of holidays. That’s why we offer a free, personalised service to guests who book directly with us. We will do our best to accommodate your changes which will always be done free of charge. The standard charge payable by guests who don’t book directly with us is £25 per change.
Returning guests
Returning guests always receive a 10% discount off the full price of their accommodation when staying for 3 nights or more.
We have a set dog charge of £30 per dog, per stay and we allow a maximum of 3 dogs in the Cottage. For guests who book directly with us, we apply a price cap of £60. There is no cap on bookings received through 3rd parties. If you plan to bring 3 dogs just add them to your booking at checkout and we’ll apply the discount for you.
Please note that discounts cannot be ‘stacked’.

Christmas 2025 – Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased direct for any full price stay. As our Christmas ‘gift’ to you, we are offering these at a 10% discount. Call us on 07482 252 060 or 07999 532 180 to make your Christmas purchase. These vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Stayed with us before? – then you are automatically entitled to a 10% Loyalty Discount on your next visit for 3 nights or more.
